Terms of Service
Service
Minibot is a software-as-a-service subscription that provides access to bot tooling, account features, and related software services. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend access if we detect abuse, fraud, payment failure, or activity that harms the service or other users.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown at checkout. Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes billing, taxes, invoices, and payment collection.
License
While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use Minibot for your own account. You may not resell, reverse engineer, abuse, or attempt to bypass access controls.
Availability
We aim to keep Minibot available, but the service is provided as-is and may change, pause, or experience downtime. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use or inability to use the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Minibot after updates means you accept the revised terms.
Privacy Policy
Data we collect
We collect account information such as email address, authentication details, subscription status, and usage data needed to operate Minibot. Paddle collects and processes payment information as merchant of record.
How we use data
We use data to create and secure accounts, provide subscriptions, deliver software access, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the service.
Payments
Payment details are handled by Paddle. We receive billing-related records such as customer ID, subscription ID, transaction status, plan, and renewal information, but we do not store full card numbers.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to operate Minibot, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect the rights and safety of users and the service.
Retention
We keep account and subscription records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.
Your choices
You may contact support to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
Refund Policy
General policy
Minibot subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period. If you are not satisfied, contact support and we will review refund requests in good faith.
Refund window
Refund requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase may be eligible for a refund when there is no evidence of abuse, excessive usage, chargeback fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service.
Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, but we may make exceptions where required by law or where unusual circumstances apply.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. Canceling does not automatically refund past charges unless a refund is approved under this policy.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times may vary by payment provider and region.
Legal rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or cooling-off rights that apply in your country or region.
